A Family Dream, a Beautiful Place to Gather
Just 40 minutes from Portland in Sandy, Oregon, Riverbend Orchard is our family’s 23-acre escape into the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Towering trees, open fields, gardens, and a peaceful pond create a welcoming setting for weddings and time spent together.
Established in 2021, Riverbend Orchard grew from a shared family dream: to care for this beautiful property and share it with others. We put personal care into the place we call home and look forward to welcoming you.
We look forward to planting our small boutique test orchard in spring 2027, adding a new chapter to our family’s care for this special place.
Outdoor celebrations can accommodate up to 200 guests, surrounded by forest and the soothing sounds of the nearby Sandy River. Our new event barn, planned to open in spring 2027, will offer an indoor gathering space that complements the beauty outdoors. The Cedar House provides cozy overnight accommodations for up to eight guests.
The property also holds a connection to Oregon’s history. In 1845, pioneer Samuel K. Barlow’s wagon route crossed this land in search of a passage over the Sandy River along the Oregon Trail.
Weddings are at the heart of what we do, with corporate events and smaller parties available upon request. Whatever brings you here, our family looks forward to helping you feel welcome.
